What is basetao insurance policy ?

Our insurance fee for your parcel is only 2% of total cost for your order,we strongly recommend you to buy the insurance for your parcel when you submit to ship your parcel. Once you buy the insurance,your parcel would get guarantees as below:

A.If the parcel can not deliver to you in 2.5months (except SAL),We will treat the parcel as lost , then we will fully refund you .

B.When you get the parcel, your find any items broken, we would full refund the money for the broken items after we check and confirm this issue .

C.When you get the parcel, your find any items missing, we would full refund the money for the missing items after we check and confirm this issue .

D.When you get the parcel, your find any items different from the one you seen by QC picture in basetao warehouse , we would full refund the money for the different items after we check and confirm this issue .

E.If your parcel has custom issue in China , we would refund the shipping fee ,service fee and half of the value for the parcel.

F.If your parcel has custom issue in your country , we would refund the shipping fee ,service fee and 3/1 value of the parcel.

Take note :

Import duties,taxes and other charges fee are not under this insurance policy.These fees ,if occur when the parcel entering into your country's customs,should be burden on your side. The only thing we can do to avoid such fees for you is to declare your parcel as a personal gift with low value or feel free to tell us how you like us to describe your parcel.


When your parcel comes with damage in the post,please do not take the parcel before confirming there are no missing items or damaged items , if you find any missing items or damaged items ,please refuse to take the parcel and report us the issue ,we will contact our post to check it and find a solution.


If your order with any problem please contact us within 7 days when you get the parcel ,if over 7 days,we shall take no responsibility for the problem.

If my parcel is lost during the delivery, can I get compensation?

A:

For an insured parcel, Basetao will provide full compensation if the parcel lost during delivery. For the uninsured parcel, Basetao can only provide compensation for the international shipping fee. We strongly recommend you to choose insurance for your parcel.

Q:

If any problem for my parcels ,when should I contact basetao about it ?

A:

Any problem for your parcels , please contact us in 48 hours from the day when you receive your parcels , if over 48hours ,we may can not guarantee any insuarance.

Q:

What infomration should I offer if my parcels have problem ?

A:

For damaged items ,please offer the picture of the items in details .For missing items ,please offer the total weight picture of the parcel .

Q:

If I do not buy insuarance for my parcels , can I get any compensation if any problem of my items?

A:

For damaged items , we only compensate 10% cost of the item as well as service fee .

What is the difference if I do not buy the insurance?

A:

For parcel without insuarance , if the parcel is lost , only refund the shipping fee and service fee .

B:

For parcel without insuarance ,if the parcel has custom issue in China , only refund shipping fee and service fee.

C:

For parcel without insuarance ,if the parcel has custom issue outside of China,only refund shipping fee and service fee .
